​A short memoir of my life’s journey with Anxiety and Panic Disorder. I shared this on Instagram, called it an #Instabook and months later it became published. I wrote this for all the people who are/were suffering as I had all those years growing up. This book takes you through all my life transitions, the good, the bad and the anxious. Don’t be afraid to ask for help, be vulnerable and talk about the uncomfortable, it makes you human.
